“After our recent storm, I was on the fence about having our roof repaired. I am so thankful that I asked Ryan to check our roof on a whim after he was done checking out our neighbor’s! Ryan and Jay each met with our insurance adjustor on two separate occasions. They were patient and respectful with the insurance company while advocating for our repairs- they are good at what they do! Ryan always kept us in the loop as far as the repair timeline. The week that the team showed up to repair our roof, we had inches and inches of rain. Although I’m sure this was frustrating for the team, Ryan and ARC went above and beyond gifting us with gift cards to get us out of the house for dinner so we wouldn’t have to listen to the pounding into the evening when it finally stopped raining. We are very pleased with the outcome of our roof and the quality of construction. After the completion, Ryan again stopped by to check everything out and after I informed him that an outdoor light fixture was inadvertently damaged during demo, it was replaced by yet another professional and kind member of the ARC team.
