Outside Sales Representative
Basic Job Duties:
- Perform initial inspection
- Assess the need/want of the property owner
- Meet assigned insurance adjuster (as necessary)
- Discuss the scope of work with homeowners
- Write a contract based on the scope of work
- Act as the liaison between insurance carriers and homeowners
Follow up with homeowner when the job is complete to ensure satisfaction
What’s Required:
- 2 years of proven outside/field sales experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Amazing winning attitude our team has great energy, so no Negative Nancys here
- Passionate about helping people – you’re selling products and services to improve someones home
- Relationship builder and master connector
- Physically able to climb a ladder and inspect roofs, so you can’t be afraid of heights
- Love to work outside and sell in the home
- Conduct 2-4 appointments daily
Window and Door Installers
ARC Contracting is looking for full-time quality minded experienced crews. Fast pace work at a continuous growing company. We offer year around work with the best pay in the area!

Windows and Siding Crews/Subs
ARC Contracting is looking for qualified crews to install siding and windows. We already have projects in the pipeline!
Subcontractors must have current liability and worker’s comp insurance.
Crews must have their own equipment and tools, we supply the materials.
Get paid weekly for completed jobs.
Door to Door Marketer
